Justin Lee: Coney Island Attack on 12-Year-Old Girl

Justin Lee, 22, faces charges after allegedly attacking a 12-year-old girl in Coney Island. He was previously released after being arrested for assaulting two other girls. The attack involved pinning and attempted assault.
Much less than a week later on, at around midday on Saturday, October 4, Lee supposedly assailed the 12-year-old girl inside the elevator of her structure at West 29th Road and Mermaid Opportunity in Coney Island, authorities said.

Lee after that allegedly threw the drunk girl to the ground– and proceeded the harsh attack when she returned on her feet– once again pinning her against the wall and drawing her pants down, the court doc billed.

Prior Arrest and Release
Justin Lee, 22, of Queens, was launched on a formality on September 28 after he was jailed for attacking two girls, ages 13 and 15, in different terrifying cases just hours apart, polices and prosecutors claimed.
He was jailed the following day and deals with multiple fees including burglary, attempted break-in, burglary, threatening the well-being of a child, criminal trespass and harassment, according to the issue.
